
There are numerous guides and videos available online that show how to butcher a lamb. With this in mind, I think it is unnecessary to create one here, but I would like to point you in the direction of a guide that I think is "a cut above", if you'll excuse the pun.
It first appeared in the Guardian and it is one of the best illustrated step-by-step guides that I have seen. You can view it here. I like it because it is relatively easy to follow, with clear, and more to the point, helpful photographs of every stage.
If this seems like a lazy way of providing a guide, I have actually gone to the bother of creating a pdf file of it, which, if asked nicely, I might email, subject to copyright restrictions.
