IRISH RAW COW'S MILK CHEESE PRESIDIA EVENT

A celebration of Ireland’s most prestigious artisan cheeses

At 7.00 pm at the Hilton Hotel, Charlemont Place, Dublin 2 on Wednesday the 1st July we would like to invite members of the public and food communities to meet and chat to many of Ireland’s leading artisan cheese-makers and most importantly to taste their wonderful cheeses. Admission is free and all are welcome.

Erwin Verhoog, Manager of The Hilton Hotel, Charlemont Place, which is sponsoring this event, is an avid supporter of Slow Food, originally in his native Holland and now here in Ireland. During the month of July, the Hilton’s restaurant “Usice”, which specialises in Irish cuisine, will be promoting the Irish Raw Cow’s Milk Cheese Presidia (“IRCMCP”) cheeses on its menu.

Please do join us on 1 July to learn about and taste Ireland's raw milk cheeses!
